Former college of monachal doctrinaires dating back to 17th of 1650 an area of 2200m2 all major parts are minimum 60m2 voûtée and all walls and stairs are stone of time and the main steps in marble. ceilings are not voute ceiling of the french time. building has many rooms (over 15) all with bath and toilet. a patio interrieur that was the old chapel the college has 6petites alcove lovely dominated by "gargoyles" on the two facades. the building which has more of an old 240m2 dependence is surrounded by a fence and field 3500m2.
